Business Travel Show Middle East Announces Hosted Buyer Programme

The Business Travel Show, Middle East, has today released details of the Hosted Buyers Programme taking place at the event on October 25th/26th 2010.
The Hosted Buyer Programme will deliver the most Senior Managers responsible for buying and managing travel and related services from the largest corporations across the G.C.C. region.
Drawing on carefully selected data, 100 senior buyers will be invited to participate in the Show's Hosted programme.
A range of pre-qualifying criteria will be set to determine the buying power and level of responsibility for making contract decisions to ensure that the very top personnel will be hosted to attend the show and to deliver a greater return on investment to its exhibiting suppliers.
The qualifying criteria will include:
• Travel Managers or Heads of Procurement
• Large corporations with over 500 employees and over 100 travellers
• Annual travel spend of over $2million
Selected buyers will be contacted by a Project Manager whose sole responsibility will be to invite, support and manage their attendance to the Show. Each buyer will be offered a free and planned programme during their visit, including flights, ground transport and accommodation.
The ‘At Show’ activities will comprise of diarised appointments with exhibitors, attendance to educational sessions and hospitality at a variety of networking events during the two days, optimising the value spent out of the office.
