American Express and HRG are among the eight companies in the running to win a coveted Business Travel & Meetings Show Innovation Award. The awards – now in their sixth year - will be announced at BTMS on 10 February 2010 at Earls Court 2.
There are four categories in this year’s award, and the eight contenders on this year’s shortlist are:
Travel Support Service: Madienvoyage.com; Smart-Sim Service: Truphone Local Anywhere - Truphone
Technology for Travel and Meetings: Egencia meetings and incentives self booking platform – Egencia; Air merchandising – Sabre Travel Networks
Business Travel Management and other intermediaries: Business travel connexion – American Express; CWT room select – Carlson Wagonlit Travel
CSR Award: Corporate social responsibility portfolio – HRG; User-friendly cabShare technology – One Transport
The Business Travel & Meetings Show Innovation Awards celebrate the best innovations of the industry. The eight shortlisted companies will showcase their innovations in the Innovation Awards Arena at the show. Visitors are invited to receive demos from the finalists and also vote onsite. These nominations will be added to the online voting results to determine the final four winners, which will be unveiled on 10 February 2010.
